We currently do not offer returns. Each product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Many of our items are made in limited batches, which makes returns difficult to process.
Products purchased under special deals or campaign pricing (including the VegNews Special Deal) are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will be happy to assist you.

Since our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, slight variations, minor marks, or natural discoloration are part of their natural charm. These characteristics are normal and not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are only possible if your item arrives damaged. To help us assist you quickly, please share an unboxing video with us within 48 hours of delivery.
